How can I post / attach an image to my question.
The path in the syntax refers to a path on the server? Do I have to upload the image somewhere first?

 • Uploading an image to a public site then linking it is the only option at the moment. I'll ask if the feature is available and just hasn't been enabled yet.

 • If you're on a Mac, you can use the super awesome Skitch. However, i hope we can add an easier ability to do this soon.

 • Sorry for hijacking this thread, but another thing missing from the new Q&A forum is the ability to preview and edit the prosted feed, which was quite handy. I would love if you could bring it to the new forum as well.

 • To answer the original question, I'd recommend using the fabulous Dropbox: you save your screenshots locally in Dropbox public folder and instantly get a public link to the image (or any other file) to be used here on the forum.
