New 1.3 destroyed by Titanium Developer

Using the latest 1.3 with iPhone SDK Beta 3, nothing gets build or "runs" in the simulator

[ERROR] Build Failed. Please see output for more details

I went into a whole month of debugging until someone from Appcelerator helped me found the bug in 1.2. Now I am stuck again on 1.3 :(

Sidenote:

I was running the "public" beta yesterday and apps were compiling ok

  • this question was clarified… I cant close my own questions though

appcelerator: @raulriera we decided to hold off on including iPhone 4.0 support until we could get more 4.0 apis in there. Will be in 1.4.

  • So what I don't understand, and I am getting that same error… is that you can choose which iPhone SDK you build/compile against… I have "xcode_3.2.3_and_iphone_sdk_4_beta3" installed as well, and i have the choice to run against 3.2 or 4.0…. both of them give me "Build Failed. Please see output for more details"

I'm pretty much at a total standstill right now…. not good at all for the weekend of coding I had planned :-(

  • Sadly yes, you are stuck or you need to downgrade your SDK to 3.2, But doing so you won;t be able to test anything on 4.0 beta devices
