A small tutorial on how to make a countdown timer

The countdown timer is OOP and can be used with or without an interface. Everything is licensed MIT.

  • I have two questions:

    first: I use this code in my application, then I can distribute the application: Free?

    second: this counter if aplicaçção switches to another window, time stops.
