This new forum - compared to the old one

I see from visiting http://support.appcelerator.net/ that the old forum is being migrated to this one.

However, are all the posts from the old forum going to be ported over here? As I seems to have lost the ability to see any of the questions or answers I posted on the old one any more.

  • Also, my 2c is that I much prefer the layout of the old forum - it's more like a 'forum' interface. This one seems more like a blog interface. ;/

    You can use google to search the old forum. For example:

    webview site:support.appcelerator.net/discussions

  • It seems that you can still browse the old forum, but search is disabled. I often found answers to questions just by searching. I also prefer the old forums, but maybe I can adapt.

  • Really hope the old forum doesn't get nuked. My ratio of pref is like 10-1 toward the old-school format….groan.
