Hey guys. Not sure where else to ask this. I've asked in the developer forums and pretty much everywhere online and no one cares enough to answer, me so I'm hoping you guys can be a little more helpful.

When can I expect a payout from Apple? I exceeded the payout limit and was wondering when I could expect my financial reports from Apple or the money to be direct deposited. My app is only available in the US, currently, so I'm not waiting on numbers from other countries.

Any ideas? What have your experiences been with this?
