Saw this... JMonkey Game Engine Really want this for the TI platform

OK, it's in Java, which doesn't help us much…now. But this is a really nice looking basic 3D game engine API, that is open source.

I would happily fall on a spike (well, maybe not happily), for a 3d game API like this available in TI. Heck even a 2d Game API.

Does the like exist? Is there a JavaScript equivalent that could be utilized for TI development?

  • Great to hear, Jeff. I gather since it wasn't on your short list, you've ruled out cocos2d?

    Also, other than the physics aspect, can TI handle the the other aspects of a game? (I.e. scoring, saving player data, high score type stuff?
