Progressbar ignoring Max?

var pb = Titanium.UI.createProgressBar({
    min:0,
    value: 0.29,
    max: 0.3,
    width: 200
});

I expect to see an almost full progressbar, but it is 1/3 full. Just as with leaving the MAX-property out all together.

Am I missing something obvious? Is this working for anyone?

I've experienced this too. Just going to stick with min:0, max:1 and dividing 29 by 100 if I want 29% to show.
