Kitchen Sink Augmented Reality help!

Hi guys, new to this so excuse any simple questions!

I'm trying to use the Kitchen Sink AR example (camera_ar.js) and I can get it to fire up the camera and overlay the two labels in the example, I just can't for the life of me figure out how to get my POIs into it! I would use the Wikitude API straight into Xcode, but that looks even more complicated!!

Any help much appreciated.
