Hi All

Im looking to introduce a welcome window with option to view a quick tour via swiping 5 frames.

once they have seen the tour i don't wantoshow ever again unless they go to a section and actively click the tour link.

When the app has an update, how do I ensure the window does not show again?

Is there a way i can write/set a file to the phone system and it not be affected with new installs?

Plus whilst testing i would like to be able to delete it when needed
