Titanium Developer 1.2.1 extreeeeemly slow on Windows XP

Hi,

I am using Titanium Developer 1.2.1 with Windows XP.
When I launch it, it is extremely slow to display content of the central window, refresh, etc.
It takes minutes to show the start screen. Then minutes again when I click on a button to do action, etc.
I have tried to disable the firewall and antivirus (ESET) : no change.

Any help is welcome
