App loads by scrolling from bottom

When my app loads, the default.png shows then the next window appears by rising/scrolling from the bottom of the view. can this be turned off? i'd like it just to appear fully viewable.

  • What is your primary mobile platform (iphone / android)? It's helpful to add this to the tags of the question.
    This doesn't happen with my apps on android.
