Titanium can't locate iphone sdk 3.2 for Ipad

I recently installed Titanum on my Mac(Snow Leopard 10.6.4). I had previously installed the latest version of Xcode. I am able to dev Ipad apps with Xcode so I know I have sdk 3.2 installed. I read the getting started stuff for Titanium and saw that the sdks where by default installed on /Developer/Platforms/IphoneOs.platforms/Developer/SDKs so I even moved my sdk folder to Developer/ directory, still nothing.

I would really love to use Titanium, it looks fantastic but I seem to be stuck at the gate. Can anyone help?
