Stuck on "loading..." can't build

I am unable to use appcelerator, the SDK is stuck on "loading" although it finds it alright when creating a project.

I have tried EVERYTHING, I even formated my PC and did a CLEAN install.. I just have 10.6.3 (Snow Leopard) + XCode (latest) + Appcelerator (latest)

I need help please, it has been 5 days already trying to get this to work…
