  • I know in your own way you are competition with Corona, and Unity, and a few others… But you may want to do a brainstorming with them to figure out a way to get around this 3.3.1 that require less time money and effort. Because during development you can bouncing off one another to get around 3.3.1… Like using Ruby Cocoa

  • it's time to consult lawers i guess, this not only will kill off appcelerator, phonegap, and so on, but also adobes attempt to use flash applications in the upcoming cs5 i guess

    It might be business interest to prevent other big vendors to gain notable control over App Store, but technically it does not make sense.
