I know in your own way you are competition with Corona, and Unity, and a few others… But you may want to do a brainstorming with them to figure out a way to get around this 3.3.1 that require less time money and effort. Because during development you can bouncing off one another to get around 3.3.1… Like using Ruby Cocoa

it's time to consult lawers i guess, this not only will kill off appcelerator, phonegap, and so on, but also adobes attempt to use flash applications in the upcoming cs5 i guess

Any official news on this from Appcelerator or do I have to learn Objective C this weekend? :-((( Hopefully Apple will just block the Adobe stuff right!??

I don't believe Apple is here to kill Appcelerator.

It might be business interest to prevent other big vendors to gain notable control over App Store, but technically it does not make sense.
