    Hi there Peter,

    Read the section carefully. I'm not quoting it here, for NDA reasons, but the wording there (first paragraph) doesn't make a distinction between 3rd party analytics and that which apple provides through its own portal.

    So in fact Apple is in breach of it's own agreement with every user that signs and uses it.
