Any news about the ToS of Iphone os4 ?
Anyone has some news ?
Yesterday I bought the AppU training level ,
and I asked some question to Daniel Bradford about the topic ,
but ain't got no answer.
#reallyworried.
I really really love this project,
but I think that a lot of iphone dev using appcelerator are worried about the issues and are waiting for a def. answer from you.

But the new license only applies to OS4? That's no clear answer.
Last thing I want is to develop an app for a client now, only to find out a few months down the line its banned from the app store when OS4 is released. I'll have people banging on my door asking for their money back!

All I can tell you is that are apps in appstore made with Ti accepted after the new license changes.
