Launching a Windows Application
This is probably the most elementary of questions, but I hope someone can take a moment to answer it. I want to write a tiny app that has 3 buttons, each of which will launch a Windows executable with some parameters - as you would with a batch file. I'd like the app to also include some HTML, so writing it as PHP would probably be ideal, but I'm not sure how to access a local path from PHP (or if that's even possible). This is for a Win32 Titanium Desktop application running locally on a USB flash drive. Can anyone provide some direction? Thanks!

Hi JR,
Using PHP is probably overkill for something as simple as what you're describing - I would just write a standard HTML Titanium desktop app and use our process API to launch external applications - here's an example from the desktop unit tests on how to do that.
