Is there a way to publish a link in the desktop app, that opens up in the system web browser?

All links open up in the application itself. Is there a way to force a link in Titanium Desktop to open in the client's default web browser?

  • It looks like Titanium.Platform.openURL, unless I’m missing something, is available for Titanium Mobile only, not Titanium Desktop.

    I realize this question is six months old… anyway, does anyone have any ideas how to do this (or something similar) in Titanium Desktop?
