Suppress the edit button with multiple tabs?

Is there a way to suppress the showing of the edit button when you have multiple tabs and they spill over onto a more button?

It doesn't appear to let me select the order, I don't want people to be able to change the order so can I suppress it?

  • I hope you find the answer by your self, even if this question is 10 month old i'll post an answer to this.

    tabGroup.allowUserCustomization = false;

    simple as that. i was only unable to find that in the docs dunno why … but a closer look revealed this :/
