Editting Info.plist directly?

Getting an app ready for app store submissions. My app requires location services and SDK 3.1. Is there a way to manually edit Info.plist to include app requirements, or does the packge bundler handle that for me?

    Edit the Info.plist.template in your build/iphone directory.
