searchbar disappeared in iOS 4.0 tableview

I have a few iphone apps with tableview + searchbar. The works fine on iPhone OS 3.x, either Simulator or Device. However when the Apps run on iOS 4.0, either simulator or device, the searchbar simply disappeared as if it was never added.

Any fix available?
