the new iPHONE DPLA...

section 3.3.1… (e.g., Applications that link to Documented APIs through an intermediary translation or compatibility layer or tool are prohibited).

Kind of Spooky… I guess my question is… the finished, translated code after running through APPCELERATOR is basically just Objective-C… correct?

  • I have not seen any posts about app rejection here since the 3.3.1 rule announced. Personally, i got two apps approved under it, actually both of them were recently updated to newest versions successfully.

  • Hi there,

    Those with the iPhone SDK should cross-check their EULA for the version of the SDK in use. Particularly folks developing against iPhone SDK v3.1.x I recommend reading their Apple Developer ToS and EULAs in full.
