Distribution to iTunes connect

Is there any online guide to uploading Titanium app iTunes connect after "packaging" ?

There's various Q&A posts here and there while I try to piece together what's needed, but an official guide would be most welcome.

Key points like preparing the info.plist file, how to package it in XCode before uploading would be really useful.

I say this, because apps can take up to 10 days to review, and it's infuriating to wait that long to then find you've made a silly mistake and have to resubmit/wait again.

  • Hi
I use the Titanium feature, not the xcode

    • I create a new appid and distribution profile on the developer apple site, and save it on my computer
    • I build the app for distribution (with Titanium) importing the new generated profile
    • I upload the resulting zip file to itunes connect

You have to take care not to have strange chars( even spaces ) in the zip filename ( changing the filename is not enough, you need to recreate the project without spaces ) - "FairyTales" not "Fairy Tales"

Don't use in project any of iPad/iphone/apple/etc names - I got rejected for this, even the project name was FairyTales, inside there were files named "fairytalesipad"

If I remember anything else I'll add it here.

  • Thankyou for your response Tamas, what led me to think XCode should be used are threads like this:
