Example Code for User Name/Password (like iTC Mobile / Find iPhone)

Hi there.

A few days ago I had posted a question about how to implement a user name / password similar to iTC Mobile / Find iPhone - the suggestion was to use a background image:

  • I'm a bit of a pixelwhore today… please add top:3 to the userNameValue and passwordValue variables to make it look prettier.
