Caching HTML files for OffLine viewing

I have asked this question before, but Never a very good answer. I jut want to confirm that there is not already some canned solution before I write this from scratch.

Is there a way to cache an HTML file so that it would be viewable offline? Becuase HTML5 does not appear to be working the same across iPHONE and ANDROID, I thought I would ask for some tips

  • i dont think so the only solution that you download your file and view it .
