AppCelerator and FTP

Hello - I was wondering if there was anything currently in the API that would allow me to use FTP services at all? I was trying to figure out if I needed to build an app natively or with appcelerator (would rather use the latter if possible!)

    • But also note that answer only talks about establishing the control channel socket. That is only the first baby step toward implementing ftp exchanges. Also note that so far, TCP sockets are not supported in the titanium SDK for android, only iphone.
