iAds requirement, provisioning profile need?

I'm updating my apps to support iAds, according to note mentioned on the Ti RC1 below, it says "assuming you’ve provisioned your application for iAds". Anyone knows what's that meant? I have to regenerate production profile to include iADs integration??

What else you have to do to add iAds on your app, other than sign the new iAds network contract?

  • All that means is iAds has to be enabled on Apples end so they can serve ads to your app.

When you build your final version and go to submit the update. The first thing Apple is going to ask is if you want to enable iAds. Just say yes and then your app will be provisioned for iAds.
