Packaging failed. HTTP status: 100

Hi All

I'm using Ti to develop a desktop App. Using Ti 1.2.1

My App is built using HTML5 and CSS3 along with a few SWF files.
All the HTML content works perfectly on my local machine when viewed using Safari (Mac). Most of the development work is done with Dreamweaver CS5 if that helps.

However, as soon as I try to package the App with Ti I get the following error message:

Packaging failed. HTTP status: 100

What does this mean? Any ideas why this is happening?
