Has the new license Agreement problem for ios 4 resolved ?
i have been reading lately that Apple's new license agreement prevents using Appcelerator and other frameworks for building apps for app-store,But now i happened to see a couple of posts here at appcelerator Q&A denoting that their Apps were accepted at the app store and now am little confused.
Has app-store started accepting Titanium Apps after the new license changes?
thanks in advance

Apple won't ever do a statement related to this.
All I can tell you is that I have apps in Appstore after the last EULA and I had no problems. Lately they even changed the EULA to allow Lua to be used for scripting inside the apps.
Titanium generates a full xCode project that can be compiled using xCode, and the javascript is executed using the internal webkit engine of the iOS, so they are respecting the Apple EULA.
