No components visible in TableView in 1.4 (again)
Can't believe it. After marking the answer with the className properties as the best one since it fixed my problem on the iPhone (see http://developer.appcelerator.com/question/47281/no-components-visible-in-tableview-in-14) I ran the app in the iPad simulator and the components are still gone there. Any other fix to make it work on both devices?

Well, I was just happy that it seemed to work… on my iPhone. :-) Unfortunately only in the simulator. On the real device all the tables are terribly slow. I can see the same in the iPad simulator after making the views visible by clicking or scrolling. Can you confirm this problem as well?

Sadly I don't have the device, but on the simulator if you scroll a little you manage to see the rows.
On the iPod( 2nd gen ) I tested a table and works fine, I don't see like it would work slower than usual.

Have a look at the code at http://developer.appcelerator.com/question/47921/tableview-really-slow-on-iphone-sdk-140 which demonstrates the performance problem for me in the iPad simulator and on the iPhone 3GS.
