"javac" is not recognized...

Hi,
I have followed the instruction of the Getting Started Titanium for Windows, I did the Variable part. But when I get to check on the command prompt "javac -version" This appears:

'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.

I did all the instructions exactly as they were told. Any ideas? Thanks

    • ok. added it to the path and now it says
      "[INFO] Launching Android emulator…one moment
[INFO] Building Hello World for Android … one moment
[ERROR] JDK version 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command," but the emulator starts. But the HelloWorld application does not.
