    Short answer NO

You will need to have a mac( the iPhone SDK runs only on OsX) , and you cannot use any scripting language on iPhone, except javascript.

  • Nope, don't think so.

first, the Apple SDK (xcode, etc.) only works in Apple OSX Leopard and Snow Leopard. Snow Leopard is preferred or mandadory for now and future.

Second, titanium mobile SDK allows you to work on Javascript. I am not sure about PHP; I think Ti doesn't support PHO natively but I read somewhere, someone managed to do it..
