Deliver Android Application to remote customer to test

Hello,
I am almost done building an Android application. Is there a way for me to 'deliver' the app to my client so they can install and test it on their Droid phone (without putting it on the Droid Market!).
Thank you,
Ilya

  • I don't know for sure, but perhaps you can send them the apk file from your app's build/android/bin directory? They'd need to adjust their droid's settings to permit installs from "Unknown sources" (Settings > Applications)

    • Thanks Tim!
Do you know if my client will need to install Titanium Developer in order to upload the app to the phone or if I can send them teh apk file there is some other way to get it on the phone?

    • Hi Ilya,

Finally how did you manage to do it? I need to send my app for test too. Should I just send the apk file from build/android/bin folder?

      Thanks for all help.
