iTunes Account

Is it possible to access device's iTunes account? If so, will the App be able to access customer's saved credit card in his iTunes account?

  • No Joe. You got me wrong. I have a payment options screen in my app and I thought it would be good to let the customer use his credit card saved in iTunes. This way, he doesn't have to re enter all that information if he wants to use the same card.

    But I guess that is not a good idea.

    Update: If the customer enters his card information, he would provide the card number, expiry date etc. My idea was, if he wanted to use the same card as the one in ITunes, it would save him the trouble of re-entering all that info. I hope this clears any misconceptions my post might have created.
