Emulator wont start
I have a new install and I created a HelloWorld app and I am getting this error. I have looked thru the Q&A and cant find any answers. Does anyone have an answer….
I am running WinXP sp3 and all new download for java, android sdk and Titanium

I feel sdk might not installed perfectly try after reinstalling it..

The android emulator takes some time to load and you must have all the prerequisites like java, etc.
Also, XP is an old platform; consider upgrading to Windows 7

I did reinstall the the SDK already, actually I reinstalled everything.
I have waited for all the prerequisites to load and still the same thing. I have ran the launcher multiple times and got the same resulys.
