Force landscape orientation at startup

Is there any way to avoid the rotation animation at startup while using Titanium.UI.orientation = Titanium.UI.LANDSCAPE_LEFT;

    Looks like it's coming in release 1.2.0, here's an open ticket for it:

      Here the same Problem. the first second the orientation is still wrong and the hole screen turns after this second to in example Titanium.UI.LANDSCAPE_LEFT after this it works fine. but the first one or two seconds are ugly ! Is there another possibility to force the screen orientation before startup ? i made all in the tiapp.xml file and in the program code but the first 1 - 2 secs are still the wrong way :-(
