I have some updates for apps that need to be added, but want to make sure that it will be compatible with iOS 4.2. don't want to submit my updates to my app that are built against iOS 4.1 & the latest mobile sdk that works with that only for it to get rejected by apple because i didn't build the updates against the latest iOS 4.2 to see if it works or not.
You can still use 4.1 for awhile now, Apple isnt requiring the 4.2
they aren't requiring it right now, but they will within the next 2 weeks.
and if I submit an update for an app not tested against 4.2 and 4.2 comes as a requirement for submission before my update goes into review, it will get rejected.
and how do I know this? because that exact situation happened with the transition from 4.0 to 4.1
