Is there a Kitchen Sink for Desktop?

I see that there is a Kitchen Sink for mobile at GitHub but cannot find one for desktop. There is an "apps" folder under titanium_desktop… Not sure what is it for.

Would love to see what I can do with the desktop SDK. I usually play around the Kitchen Sink to see what's possible and ideas start to ooze out right after.

Many thanks!

Jon

  • There's a KitchenSink for Desktop github project. It launches fine and contains several useful code examples.

  • I'm currently working on a KitchenSink for desktop. Hoping to have an initial version out in the next week or two.

  • I don't think there is a Kitchen sink for Desktop yet. However, there seems to be a relatively comprehensive test suite for the whole SDK. Under

    titanium_desktop/apps/drillbit/Resources/tests

you'll find example code for most (probably all?) modules.

  • Hi Martin,

We are all eagerly waiting for the KitchenSink for Desktop! That will answer many many trivial questions and serve as the "15 min blog tutorial" for Titanium.
