I can't download SDK

I can't download SDK. It approximately on 50 % gives out a loading error!
Tried on two different computers. Many times.
On WindowsXP and Windows7. The Same result…
What to do?

p.s. Sorry for bad English. I am Belorussian.

  • I had the same issue here dozens of times. Then I decided to disable my anti-virus (Kaspersky) and try again then it worked fine. =)

  • Hi Artem

Which SDK are you after? Are you downloading it from the latest builds page?

    Cheers

    • SDK it is downloaded through an installer.
I tried to download and under your link.
But Access Denied, as the participant Above wrote…

    • OK it certainly seems like an issue with the site or package. I only use the mobile sdk, so have not had that problem so far.

  • Hi Hal,

Same issue here. I'll explain my process.

    1. Click the Titanium Install (.msi) for windows.
    2. Run the program
    3. At about 50% of "Downloading and extracting the SDK (1.0.0)" I get an alert that says "Download Failed"
    4. Profit

I went to the latest builds page and clicked on the Desktop windows build to get the zip file.

    http://builds.appcelerator.com.s3.amazonaws.com/desktop/undefined/sdk-1.1.0-20100719195857-win32.zip

And unfortunately I was getting an "Access Denied" error. Or more specifically the XML returned
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>89B878E20B9FE663</RequestId><HostId>kWeeN4dZsO2coAu4QuHGPl25vsCql/JlCgoW6/AqYf7N4XCB1Qs+sRaxHTPOMm9q</HostId></Error>

I can't help but shake the feeling that the two are related in someway.

    Thanks,
    John

    • It's not just you. I cannot download Desktop builds from the nightly area but I can download Mobile.

  • I can confirm that the problem you were experiencing before with the nightly build downloads has now been resolved.

Can you give it another try?

    Cheers
