Do shadowColor and shadowOffset work on Android?

The API docs don't mention specifically one way or the other, but the Kitchen Sink example is in an iPhone-specific section of code - with the disclaimer that the entire section mostly works on Android, but still needs minor tweaks.

I can't get them to work on the emulator, or my droid.

Anybody know?

    Hi Richard

    No, shadow support does not work for android at present and, according to this lighthouse ticket, implementing it may not be a simple task. Hence, it's scheduled for 1.6.

    • Thanks much … appreciate the response. It's not a deal breaker - was just playing with it, and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. (And thanks for reminding me that I need to check lighthouse before posting here <G>)
