Android Widgets

Hey,

First of all, I just want to say that this is a great product and makes life a whole lot easier. And the best part is: it's free!

But I was wondering… Is it possible to create widgets for Android using Titanium Developer? If not, when will it come (if it ever comes)?

  • App Widget support will probably happen in 1.5.1 there are several hurdles we have to get through to make it generally available.

  • Hi Rik, I think what you are referring to is "modules" rather than "widgets". You can find a guide for developing modules for android and iphone here and here respectively.

    • Widgets on Android are a type of small app. They aren't Modules.
