Submitted with iOS 4.1 on last friday, should i reject my submission?

Hello everybody!

i've submitted my App last Friday (19. november), built with Titanium SDK 1.4.2 and iOS 4.1.

Now, Apple published the final iOS 4.2 this monday.
is iOS SDK 4.2 now required on the app store? should i care and reject my app upload to resubmit it?

My big problem is, that my App needs to be asap published on the app store within the next 2 weeks :(

what do you think/recommend?

No, I wouldn't reject it. Keep it in the queue.

I submitted mine as 4.1 last week, and it was approved and works fine on 4.2 too. I've now submitted the 4.2 version and they're waiting for review now, so my apps are all 4.1 running on 4.2 ok.

It's taking about 7 days at the moment for them to go to In Review, so I'd leave it as is, and get it reviewed. If it's approved, then submit an update.

  • I don't see anything on Apple's site saying that SDK 4.2 is required. I was going to give 4.1 a try with my app, though I'm not in the time-crunch situation you are.
