Windows 7 / android - [ERROR] Failed installing pkg: /data/local/tmp/app.apk

I have created a new 'HelloWorld" application and tried to build it. I have not made any changes to it. The application fails to load in the emulator. Can you help? The trace is as follows:

There really is no need to repost. You have raised this issue here and here.
Just keep to one thread and someone will help you through the whole issue.
Have you tried creating and launching a new project, as I recommended? What was the result?
Have you tried then copying the app.js over from your current project to this new project? What was the result?
Have you tried deleting the contents of the build/android/<subdir>/* folders of your current application? What was the result?
Please answer these questions in your other thread, where the suggestions were made.
